Shenzhen is making significant strides to optimize the development environment for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), establishing a comprehensive service system for SMEs that integrates public services, market-oriented services, and social welfare services.

Shenzhen on Feb. 17 released a guideline on the construction standard for electric vehicle supercharging facilities.

The State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) recently unveiled two new regulatory lists to address public concerns surrounding disproportionate penalties for minor administrative infractions. These lists come into effect as part of the SAMR's efforts to align with the "Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Further Regulating and Supervising the Setting and Implementation of Fines."

Each intelligent connected vehicle engaged in pilot commercial operations in Nanshan District is required to be equipped with a driver. And for every three unmanned vehicles deployed in commercial operations, at least one safety officer must be present to ensure safety protocols are followed, according to the “Pilot Management Measures for the Commercial Operation of Intelligent Connected Vehicles” that was officially implemented in Nanshan District on Feb. 5.
