China has rolled out new policy measures to rejuvenate the property sector, with expanded funding for troubled property developers and renovation of an additional 1 million homes high on the agenda.

The National Healthcare Security Administration on Oct. 16 issued a notice regulating the standard management of external prescriptions for insurance-covered medications.

Homeowners in Shenzhen can apply for a government subsidy for minor modifications or upgrades to their apartments, capped at 10,000 yuan (US$1,404) per property owner, with no requirement for a renovation contract or small project filing record with the authority.
