Since the 18th CPC National Congress, Shenzhen's public coffers have offered 27.2 billion yuan (US$3.94b) in poverty relief funds for the above-mentioned regions.
Shenzhen is trying to make its poverty relief projects in Xinjiang star projects that contribute to its long-term stability and social development.
So far, Shenzhen has kept files of 1.6857 million people of 432,200 household from 34 assisted counties who previously lived in poverty.
