Dapeng Ancient City Museum was established in 1996. It's a site museum relying on the national key cultural relics protection unit, namely Dapeng Ancient City as well as its profound historic culture.

Hakkas Folk Customs Museum, also known as Hehu New Residence, in Longgang District, is the largest grouping of Hakka residential architecture in the country.

Completed and opened in May 1999, located at Shatoujiao of Yantian District with a total building area of 1,688 m2, History Museum of Chung Ying Street is responsible for the protection, collection and research of historical relics in Chung Ying Street, categorized as a national third-level museum.
