This SZ GM Meeting is held exclusively for general managers of the Manufacturing Forum. It aims to support general managers to improve knowledge and gain competitive advantage.

During these discussions, members share best practices and lessons learned in order to benchmark and quickly solve their own practical problems.

Such GM Meetings, attended at top-management level, sometimes conclude to deepen the topic through seminars or government meetings at municipal level, which will then be attended by themselves or by their middle managers.

"Analyze and compare the real HR costs in different cities in Guangdong". Members will share information that they have collected on existing information on this topic, regarding any industry, and for Guangdong-based companies. This meeting aims to get concrete information available to members at the end of the discussion.
