1. Shenzhen Bay Technology & Ecology Park(深圳湾科技生态园)

Located at the intersection of Baishi Road and West Shahe Road in the High-tech Zone, the Shenzhen Bay Technology & Ecology Park covers a floor area of 1.88 million square meters. As an important platform for the super headquarter base of Shenzhen Bay and for future innovative development, the park serves as a key base and cluster for Shenzhen’s strategic emerging industries. The park is positioned as a headquarter and a R&D base for high-tech listed companies, a platform for nurturing and developing strategic emerging industries, an incubator for innovative small- and medium-sized enterprises, a demonstration park for national-level low-carbon ecology and a supporting and service center for the south area of the High-tech Zone.

2. Shenzhen Software Industrial Base(深圳市软件产业基地)

Located at the intersection of Baishi Road and Binhe Boulevard in the south area of the High-tech Zone, the Shenzhen Software Industrial Base covers a floor area of 620,000 square meters. As an important platform for Shenzhen Makers Center and for super headquarter base of Shenzhen Bay as well as a key project in the construction of the strategic emerging industrial bases during the 12th Five-Year Plan Period, the park is committed to building itself into a software and information service provider and a comprehensive industrial park which also functions as R&D centers, office buildings, commercial buildings and apartments, providing ample room and in-depth professional service for enterprises with bright prospects.

3. Shekou Net Valley(蛇口网谷)

Located at the Fifth Industrial Road in Shekou, Nanshan District, Shekou Net Valley covers an area of 420,000 square meters and is a southern base of China’s internet industry and hotbed for innovation.

Over 400 world-renowned enterprises including Apple Inc., IBM, the Perceptions Group, Siecom, UGO, HKSTV, Feng.com, SXIT have entered Shekou Net Valley. The output value per unit area exceeds 60,000 yuan per square meter, involving the Internet and innovation.

4. Nanshan iPark(南山智园)

Located at Xili Xueyuan Boulevard in Nanshan District, Nanshan iPark covers a floor area of 657,900 square meters. Nanshan iPark is a key project to expand industries and propel the economic development of North Shenzhen. It is also an important platform to promote the development of strategic emerging industries in Nanshan District. The park aims to build itself into a technological and industrial park in the University Town and a demonstration zone for “International Knowledge & Innovation Village and a landmark project of “Dasha Lake Innovation Corridor.”

5. Sino-Finnish Design Park(中芬设计园)

Located in Futian Free Trade Zone in Shenzhen, Sino­Finnish Design Park (SFDP) was founded by Shenzhen Government and Helsinki Government after becoming twin cities. SFDP includes public exhibition space, public service platform, incubator base of innovative projects for young design teams, Sino­Finnish design center, training and certification center of international design talents, headquarters of international design brands, Cross­straits venture base, Fab Lab, etc.

6. Longgang Tian’an Cyber Park(龙岗天安数码城)

Located on the Huangge Road in Central Longgang District, Longgang Tian’an Cyber Park covers a floor area of 600,000 square meters. The park is a key project during Shenzhen’s 12th Five-Year Paln and a demonstration park for Shenzhen’s industrial transformation and upgrading. The park has established a platform for innovation and entrepreneurship in a bid to build itself into a base for headquarters, an incubator center for high-end industries and a cluster for talents. The park has become a most high-end international comprehensive industrial park with the largest number of companies.

7. Galaxy World(星河WORLD)

Located at the intersection of Meiban Boulevard and Yabao Road in Longgang District, the Galaxy World covers a floor area of 1.6 million square meters. Galaxy World has reached strategic cooperation with free trade zone, Gwangju, South Korea and Silicon Valley, U.S.. As one of the ten key projects of Shenzhen, Galaxy World is committed to providing commercial-use properties for makers’ space, incubators, accelerators, medium-sized enterprises, and headquarters of Top 500 enterprises, aiming to provide a platform for enterprises’ sustainable development.

8. Cloud Park(天安云谷)

Located on the North Huancheng Road in Longgang District, Cloud Park covers a floor area of 2.89 million square meters, with first phase of the park covering a floor area of 530,000 square meters. The park is China’s first industrial community focusing on “Sharing and Cooperation” which was built based on cloud computing and big data. The park is a comprehensive project mainly for industrial R&D and office which is positioned as a cluster for “end users.”

9. Shenzhen Universiade Software Village(深圳大运软件小镇)

Located at the intersection of Longgang Boulevard and Baohe Road in Longgang District, the Shenzhen Universiade Software Village covers a floor area of 160,000 square meters. It is a demonstration zone for innovative industries and a demonstration project for industrial transformation and upgrading jointly established by Longgang District Government, Shenzhen Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology and Shenzhen Municipal Commission of Science and Technology and Innovation. The village is committed to building itself into a national-level software park and a high-end information and industrial base in South China.

10. Shenzhen Biomedicine Innovations Industrial Park(深圳市生物医药创新产业园区)

Shenzhen Biomedicine Innovations Industrial Park is located in the northeastern part of Shenzhen National Biological Industry Base of Pingshan New District, the interchange between East Jinxiu Road and Jinlian Road. It is positioned to be the "Innovative Service Complex" of the base. The project covers an area of 123,502.81 square meters, with a total building area of 220,273 square meters. It is planned to build 10 buildings of two to 21 floors, including service space such as R & D plant, detection and common laboratory, exhibition hall and dining hall, as well as R & D offices and business leisure space.

Phase 1 of the project was estimated to complete and put into operation at the end of 2013. After completion, the project will be a landmark of Shenzhen National Biological Industry Base. By integrating R & D experiment, detection, pilot plant test, production service, financial service and information service, the project builds an innovative comprehensive service system, and promotes the improvement and development of Shenzhen Biomedicine industrial chain.

11. Taihua Wutong Island(泰华梧桐岛)

Located at the intersection of Hangkong Road and Shunchang Road in Bao’an District, the Taihua Wutong Island is adjacent to Bao’an International Airport covering a floor area of 200,000 square meters. The island is both a headquarter base of pure ecology and a contemporary aesthetic complex with humanistic touch. Wutong Island is committed to building itself into an international high-end office park with high-end talents and beautiful environment and to the common development of excellent innovative enterprises from home and abroad.

12. Shenzhen U Center(深业U中心)

Located at the intersection of Zhoushi Road and Beier Road in Bao’an District, the Shenzhen U Center covers a floor area of 190,000 square meters. The center, built by Shenzhen Shahe Co.,Ltd., is a high-end industrial complex consisting of four main buildings and commercial skirt buildings. The center aims to usher in a brand new business era of “U Resources Chain,” turn itself into the No.1 mix-used complex in Xixiang for office work, residential use, business and people’s well-being and into a new landmark of ecology and business in Qianhai.

13. China Merchants Guangming Science Park(招商局智慧城)

China Merchants Guangming Science Park, also known as Smart Town of China Merchants Bureau, is located at Guangming New District with a floor area of 2.07 million square meters. As a key project under the cooperation between Shenzhen Municipal Government and China Merchants, the science park gathers innovative enterprises and seeks Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation projects. The park boasts a variety of smart industries and is supported by smart platforms, striving to build itself into a new ecological and environment-friendly modern industrial town where people can work, study, live and have fun.

14. Baoneng Science and Technology Industrial Park(宝能科技园)

Located on the Qingxiang Road in Longhua New District, Baoneng Science and Technology Industrial Park covers a floor area of 1.68 million square meters. Positioned as an international service complex for full cycle industries, the park boasts a full cycle develop period for enterprises, namely, “maker spaces, incubators, accelerators and headquarter bases.” The park will provide enterprises with one-stop services including industrial policies, business types and high-tech enterprises so as to build itself into a new highland for the integrated development of industries and cities.

15. Elite Import Global Cross-border Trade Park(精茂环球跨境贸易园)

Located at Yantian comprehensive bonded area, the Elite Import Global Cross-border Trade Park covers a floor area of 71,000 square meters. The park enjoys favorable policies of the bonded area and copies policies of free trade zones. Besides, it enjoys advantages of storage in Yantian Port. The park aims to build itself into a distribution center of imported goods which combines storage, demonstration, trade, business and finance.

16. Shenzhen Bay Entrepreneurship and Investment Building(深圳湾创业投资大厦)

Covering a floor area of nearly 90,000 square meters, Shenzhen Bay Entrepreneurship and Investment Building is a mixed-use complex for R&D, office work and business.

17. Fuhai Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park(福海跨境电商产业园)

Located at the central area of Airport Center in Bao’an District, Fuhai Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park covers a floor area of 200,000 square meters. Currently the park has attracted cross-border E-commerce enterprises, third-party platforms, and logistics and courier enterprises. Being near to Bao’an Airport, the park will deal with not only regular import businesses but also direct air mail service.

19. Splendid Science Park(锦绣科学园)

Covering a floor area of 170,000 square meters, Splendid Science Park is the first “Demonstration Base for Green and Ecological Building Complex” and “Demonstration Base for Intelligence” in Longhua New District. It has developed into a role model for Shenzhen’s new-type green, ecological and smart industrial parks thanks to its planning philosophies of “Intelligent Buildings, Smart Environment and Smart Services.”

20. Huangqiang Idea Park(光明华强创意产业园)

Covering a floor area of 770,000 square meters, Huaqiang Idea Park is a national-level import and export base for cultural goods and services. The park will be built into a new theme industrial park focusing on intelligent industries and finance. In terms of products design, the park integrates four elements, namely, culture, creativity, ecology and agility. The park will provide enterprises with one-stop services featuring “creativity, financing, R&D, production, marketing and others.”
