Shenzhen Daily is joining hands with Grand Hyatt Shenzhen to offer readers a free cooking class at the hotel's Belle-Vue restaurant. This will be a great chance for you to become a real cook! Marcelo Urresti, the restaurant's Chef de Cuisine from Bolivia, is going to teach two dishes -- cured tuna tartar and lemon ice cream.
Only 10 seats are available for this event. To apply, participants can sign up by following the instructions on the official Shenzhen Daily Wechat account (ShenzhenDaily), the Eyeshenzhen Wechat account (EyeShenzhen), and the English portalwww.eyeshenzhen.com. Applications shall be accepted from Friday till Aug. 24.
Marcelo Urresti, Chef de Cuisine of Belle-Vue restaurant, is good at combining western classical cooking method with modern inspiration. Preparing cuisine directly in front of customers is also a highlight of the restaurant.
With a perfect match of tuna fish and avocado, cured tuna tartar, one of the delicacies in chef's menu, is quite healthy, fresh and tasty. Lemon ice cream is Marcelo's special dissert and he often cooks it for special guests. Sometimes, he uses drikold to make the lemon ice cream more eye-catching.
Located in the heart of Luohu District, Grand Hyatt Shenzhen offers the ideal location for business and leisure. The Belle-Vue restaurant, on its 37th floor, serves classic European cuisine and sparking skylines. It is a dining experience on a par with the finest restaurants in the world.
