Located on the 37th floor, Belle-Vue restaurant offers picturesque views of soft lights and twinkling reflections off the waters that embrace the hills of Hong Kong. Just for the occasion, chef de cuisine Marcelo Urresti has created an exclusive “Hers & His” menu, featuring romantic premium delicacies such as caviar and foie gras.

La Terrazza will feature a four-course Italian dinner on Valentine’s Day. Guests will delight in the venue’s lively atmosphere while watching the chefs cooking live in the open kitchen. The set menu is priced at 498 yuan per person, which includes a glass of sparkling rosé wine.

The Show Kitchen will feature an extensive selection of delicacies, including seafood and cold cuts, Asian delicacies, Japanese delights, Western dishes and desserts, all to satisfy a variety of preferences. The Valentine’s Day buffet is priced at 688 yuan per person, which includes a glass of sparkling wine and free-flowing local beer.
