Langham Hospitality Group is launching the “No Strings Attached PLUS” program, offering event planners and organizers more flexibility with exclusive rewards and privileges. The offer may be booked from April 1 to Aug. 31 for events taking place this year at all participating hotels under Langham Hospitality Group.

Key highlights of the program include waived cancellation terms, no attrition rate charges, complimentary Internet charges for all guest and meeting rooms, no minimum spending on food and beverages required, complimentary room offerings, room upgrades, one 30-minute cocktail reception for your meeting or event, one themed refreshment break, spa credits, one round-trip airport transfer and the ability to offset the carbon footprint of your event with a wide range of sustainable options to choose from.

“In todays’ fast-paced society, plans change quickly. We understand the importance of flexibility when it comes to planning meetings and events. Our ‘No Strings Attached PLUS’ not only gives our meeting and event organizers added flexibility, we also present them with a thoughtfully curated selection of bespoke services and work with them closely to ensure they achieve a successful and unforgettable event at our hotels,” said Simon Manning, vice president of sales and marketing for Langham Hospitality Group.

“Our hotels are dedicated to delivering exceptional services, customized meeting and event solutions and will continue to create programs to help our customers accomplish their goals while allowing them to earn rewards at the same time.”

Added benefits are also applicable to reward loyal event planners and organizers. With a minimum cost of US$6,500, all takethelead members can also qualify for hotel rewards or miles from any of the 11 selected frequent flyer, travel and lifestyle rewards program partners.

Takethelead is the group’s dedicated online event platform that provides event planners with a one-stop, personalized service created to take care of every single detail of their event, including planning, logistics, dining and entertainment. (SD News)
