Few people have visited Hong Kong without taking a sweet bite at Hui Lau Shan, which is famed for a variety of specialty desserts made of fresh fruit. The dessert chain has opened many shops in Shenzhen to offer your sweet tooth a treat.
Signature desserts on Hui Lau Shan's menu are in the Mango Mania category and all made of Filipino mangos mango pudding, mango sago, mango-stuffing balls, mango juice, fresh mango cubes with various combinations, and mango sherbert ice-cream.
Other sweets on offer are also made of fresh fruits watermelon, strawberries, cantaloupe , all sliced and arranged over sweet ice cream.

Mango and rice balls

Fresh mango cubes served together with rice balls in mango juice, topped with mango sherbert ice-cream. Sweet, cool, smooth and a little bit sour, it refreshes you immediately.

An innovation based on the Cantonese dessert. Minced mango is stuffed into rice powder and deeply fried. The shell tastes crisp and somewhat sticky, while the mango filling tastes fresh and juicy.

Looks more like a work of art than a dessert. A mixture of fresh mango, strawberry, kiwi-fruit, pomelo and jelly lumps, it is a treat to both the eyes and the taste buds.
