Mezzo offers you an introduction to two Italian dishes, ingredients, aprons and chef hats.

With Huang's presentation, you will be given a real hands-on experience. After you finish cooking, you will taste your own dishes with selected Italian wine and Huang will give comments on the dishes.
Since 2006, Huang has worked for several international hotels. With his profound knowledge of ingredients, he likes to break through tradition to create new combinations of ingredients. In Huang's creations, nutrition, color and taste are balanced in a triumvirate of perfection.
