On Sunday, Shenzhen’s urban management authority promoted proper use of camping tents, protection of green spaces and garbage classification at a camping event at Shenzhen Bay Park in Nanshan District to mark World Environment Day.

Gaokao concludes, results to come out soon

Shenzhen Party chief Meng Fanli and Mayor Qin Weizhong made an inspection tour Monday to the Central Campus of Shenzhen Senior High School in Futian District and Futian Foreign Languages High School on preparations for gaokao, requiring all efforts to be made to ensure safety, order and discipline at exam sites across the city. Some 51,200 students are taking the exam this year in Shenzhen. The national figure is 11.93 million, a new high, according to a Xinhua report.
