Mandatory quarantine for people arriving in GD from overseas

Starting Thursday, all travelers to Guangdong Province from overseas, both Chinese travelers who returned from a foreign country and foreign nationals who visited one of the 19 countries hard hit by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in the past 14 days, will be placed under a mandatory 14-day quarantine upon arrival either at home or at a designated quarantine point.
