Winners of Qianhai short video contest revealed
Winners of the “New Qianhai, New Start” 2022 International Short Video Contest have been unveiled. Since the contest was launched in late July, the contest organizing committee had received 56 submissions from 13 countries and regions, including China’s Hong Kong, China’s Macao, China’s Taiwan, the U.S., the U.K., Italy, Denmark, Venezuela and Russia. The participants used their cameras to film the colorful lives and works in Qianhai, reflecting the area’s vitality and vigorous development.

The contest was hosted by the Authority of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone, and organized by Shenzhen Daily and the Shenzhen Reform and Opening up Executive Leadership Academy. The judges were representatives from the Authority of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone, the Shenzhen press, academic organizations and top Chinese short-video media.

After the contest organizing committee’s preliminary review and the experts’ judging, and a three-day public review, we now announce the 30 submissions that won the Gold, Silver and Bronze Prizes and the Excellence Award. The Entry Prize winners and the Best Organizer winners have also been announced.
